I’m still not done with editing for my trip to Hamburg. There’s a long queue before I could finally done with that. Since I don’t want to freeze my blog, I would love to share with you guys, one of my favourite dish. Laksa Kedah but made in Germany :p My whole family love to eat Laksa. If we organize an open house, Laksa would be one of the speciality. But half of it actually been eaten by ourselves. That is a proof how much we love this made from fish meal.

Apart of the fish sauce, some salad,  cucumber, onion, petis udang, and boiled egg needed to complete the dish. Since I was too lazy to buy the whole fish and boil then blend them, I just bought the sardines in oil. So I just need less than an hour to finish cooking. Yeay! And to finish the whole bowl, I really need less than 15 mins. Now I remember why I keep gaining weight :’(

Laksa noodle could be found easily in most of the Asia shop in Germany. I’m happy for that!
