Next Friday will be a graduation day at my university. I’m not sure I could make it or not since my professor hasn’t done marking yet even after a month she received my thesis. Sobsob… When I mention about graduation day in Germany, never ever thought about this big celebration event with flowers and present and lovely graduation cap. Nope! That’s not it. We just had a small gathered event with professors and small number of students and proud parents, where this lucky students receive their certificate as a proof that they finished their study at the university already. In Germany, big event is considered as a waste. They rather spend the money for something more useful.

We, JPA sponsored students in Germany are under the InWent Association. They took care of our study here in Germany. Even if I miss the graduation day at my university, I actually already had one, last August (even before I finished my thesis :p) This was organize by InWent for batch ALG7 and ALG8. We had talks and dinner afterward. Not everyone was attending the celebration but still we had fun. Just scroll down to experience it yourself :)

My partner in class during preparation in INTEC –> Meilina. After a long time, we finally met again :)

My table mates during dinner

Lisa and her beloved Prof ;p

Can’t remember what so funny about En. Ashaari’s story

The discussion is getting serious. Probably concerning the scholarship :D

Meilina and Siew Chun, who always accompanied me during each break in Bosch Engineering

InWent’s people as the organizer.

Herr Fries is like a Tim Gun in Project Runaway for us, students in Baden-Württemberg

Almost everyone

Photo session at the end

Isn’t it fun? Told ya’! Hehehe…so everyone, flowers and presents are most welcome :)

    1. That’s what I heard. Tapi baguslah mereka tak membazir buat graduation day, unlike universiti kita di Malaysia. Nisa lebih suka macam tu. I like bila graduation day tu dibuat di dalam dewan kuliah yang boleh memuatkan beberapa ratus orang je and just walk in the flat floor, bukan di atas pentas, lol.
