Did I promise everyone that I’ll write regularly in this blog? Sorry for that. I couldn’t find the time to edit all the pictures plus I’m too lazy to do almost anything! Now that I’ve finish my first Semester and the 2nd Semester will officially starts tomorrow, I’m not sure if I could regularly blog again. As you aging, you find that the time you have left for yourself is getting lesser. If you have any good tips on time management, let me know cause I’m really bad at that! Okay, enough with the craps. I just wanted to share this with everyone: How I prepare my scallops.

This scallop was cook with butter and garlic. Despite the overcook garlic, it taste delicious. That I could guarantee. I’m using the seashell for presentation.

Simple dish. Just add some fried veggie. Tasty.
