It is still surreal for me. I’m married. Yups. You read it right. How did I come to this point? This is what you miss:
–> I finished my thesis early April 2012 but still had another semester (read: till end of July 2012) since I failed 1 subject
–> During this 1 semester, I went visiting friends, study for the only subject, watched lots of korean dramas, packing my stuff for going back for good, prepare for wedding
–> Went back to Malaysia from mid May till mid Jun since apparently preparing for wedding from afar still not that easy
–> Back in Germany to prepare myself for the exam early July 2012. Need to pass the subject no mattar what and fail was not an option at all
–> Waited for the result until end of July while enjoying my time with the girls and settled all the things I need to before I went back for good (although I’m not confident that I could pass the subject)
–> Surprisingly I did pass the paper (I’m the only person passed the repeat paper. That’s how crazy the paper was)
–> Went back to Malaysia 2 weeks before Eid. Last minute wedding preparation. Celebrate Eid
–> Got married during the last weekend of Eid. Simple yet meaningful event for me
–> Start new life early September and it has been more than a month now
So, are you still with me? Now you didn’t miss anything right? Good
I wanted to share our memories during my honeymoon time in Bali but I guess it’s only fair to do so after you all clear about what really happen. Hehe…
This is how we spend the first 2 days roughly
Upon arrival at our romantic suite
We did para-sailing!
Enjoying sunset at Uluwatu
Watching the process of making batik
Tirta Empul Temple in Tampaksiring
Coffee break where we learned how Luwak coffee is made!
Looking at the volcano in Kintamani
Absolutely beautiful paddy field in Tegallalang
P/s: Nope. Not working yet. I’m still searching. Let me know if you seem to know any companies that need a highly motivated engineer
